Matt joins CRK with large firm experience and a keen interest in diving deeper into patent prosecution technique and theory.
A dual major in Electrical Engineering and Applied Engineering Sciences, Matt has always shown a commitment to technology. When he became aware that he could use his knowledge to pursue a career in intellectual property law, he was determined to become a patent attorney. In addition to patent procurement, Matt also has experience with IP litigation. “It’s amazing,” Matt notes, “how seeing what happens during litigation improves your patent prosecution skills, and, at least for me, makes you appreciate the opportunity to obtain patents instead of dissect them.”
Matt has experience in a variety of technologies, including wireless communications, semiconductors, light emitting diodes (LEDs), software, and mechanical devices.
