Fullmer is a well-known patent lawyer and author. His book, “Patent Prosecution: Advocacy in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office” was named one of the “Best Patent Law Books of All Time” by BookAuthority. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple Law School and at Drexel Law School.
Fullmer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and before the Federal Circuit. He earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, completed with course work for a M.S.M.E. degree from Bucknell University, and earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
