On May 15, 2018, Brian J. Hubbard, a partner with Condo Roccia Koptiw LLP, presented at the 4th Annual IP Strategy Summit in Boston, MA. Brian was a member of a panel that included Scott Asmus, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for BAE Systems, and Atabak Royaee, Associate Director and Corporate Counsel, IP, at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. The panel discussed 2018 as year of change for Post Issuance Proceedings, including statistics and recent decisions. CRK’s Ross Alexander and Michael Bonella also attended the conference.
