On November 13, 2018, Michael Bonella, a partner with Condo Roccia Koptiw LLP, presented at the 7th Annual IP Strategy Summit in New York, NY. Michael was a member of a panel that included Jim Harrington, Global Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Shire Pharmaceuticals. The panel discussed patent disputes and litigation strategy in a changing landscape. CRK’s Ross Alexander, Stuart Schanbacher, and Brian J. Hubbard also attended the conference.
